Due to campus COVID preventions protocols, the Philosophy of life and Philosophy of Religion has prepared an online course change and selection form to be filled out here.
請填寫多個志願序，避免因無法選上而加選失敗
Please fill in as many choices as possible to avoid failing to select a course because of limited options.

Please read the following important notices.
1.表單填寫時間：1/24(一)9:00起至2/14(一)17:00止。(非該時段填寫者恕不受理，依收件順序進行選課)
1.Course selection form time frame: 1/24 (Mon) 9am to 2/14 (Mon) 5pm.(Applications outside this time frame will not be accepted, and selections will be granted in order of receipt)

2.助理作業加退選時間：2/15(二)-2/17(四)
3.人工加選身分限定:
(1)應屆畢業生(大四或大五)
(2)本學期轉學生、復學生、延肄生
4.學生須為本人填寫，如經查核非本人填寫，或非符合本次線上選課身分之學生，取消選課資格，不另通知。
5.若欲選課程皆無餘額或衝堂，會於2/15(二)-2/17(四)致電手機聯繫，請務必保持通話暢通並留意來電，若去電未接，視同放棄選課。
6.加選完畢後，請自行至選課系統確認課表。若對選課結果有疑義，請於2/21(一)15:00前聯繫曹助理03-265-2603，信箱:kaitai@cycu.edu.tw，逾時不予處理。
2. Course Assignments time period: 2/15 (Tue) to 2/17 (Thu)
3.Priority applicants:
(1) Graduating seniors with outstanding course requirements
(2) Transfer students, repeat students, and extension students
4. Students must fill out the form themselves. If a third party fills out the form or if students not meeting the identity requirements apply, they forfeit their selection and will not be notified.
5. If your selected courses are unavailable, you will receive a call on 2/15 (Tue) to 2/17 (Thu). Please be ready to receive the call. If their is no response, you forfeit your course selection.
