Chaplian Cole Carnesecca
Cole Carnesecca (BA Yale University, MA and PhD University of Notre Dame) is Visiting Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Religion and Chaplain responsible for the foreign students fellowship. He teaches Philosophy of Religion and has taught courses in sociology, anthropology, and religion at Zhejiang University and Bethel College (Indiana). He also has almost ten years of experience in campus and youth ministry. His research generally looks at the relationship between broad socio-structural changes and their effects on religious practices and institutions.
Professor Carnesecca is available to meet with students every Thursday from 3-5pm in his office in the Chaplain’s office. Students are also welcome to participate in the Foreign Students Fellowship which meets the first and third Wednesday of every month from 6:30 – 7:30pm.
